I think the chance of not getting summon would be higher if the note is in Malay.

"I saw this biker that claimed to be on his meter reading rounds for Singapore Power with this notice attached to his bike, and therefore did not display any parking coupon.

"I'm wondering why they have special privileges and do not need to pay for their parking.

I have seen a PAPpy MP lackey, for the MP is too busy, on behalf of my relative who is too insignificant & didn't rub shoulders, about begging for time to repay his PUB bill for he was in dire straits. I was told off that PUB has nothing to do with the government...it is a PRIVATE COMPANY.

The meter reader should be putting up parking coupon(s), for PUB is a PRIVATE company.:p
