Based on the latest population growth, Singapore's population in 2016 and 2021 will be:

2016 5.7 million
2021 6.3 million

These numbers will haunt the PAP in 2016 and 2021 respectively. Unlike previous white papers, the 6.9 million in this White Paper will be widely remembered. They will also remember that PM Lee was bullshitting when he said that the population will be "substantially below" 6.9 million in 2030.
