[h=2]Singapore polyclinic 9 months for dental wait....but...[/h]
This is a blogger who wrote about his experience in a Malaysia govt dental clinic.

http://malaysiannews.info/2012/05/m...tal-clinic-saved-me-ninety-seven-ringgit.html

10 minutes wait. RM$3 payment in total.

When I go to JB private clinic RM$20.

I understand we cannot have the level as in Malaysia but we should not allow ourselves to lag so far behind. The Singapore govt should think of closing the gap with Malaysia.

They will said Polyclinic so cheap so have to wait Lo, if want fast n furious then pay premium go private Lo.

Singaporeans can get dental treatment in JB - it is whether they choose to.

Malaysia gov is the best medical care in the world in term of affordable.
SG gov try to con peasant called polyclinic is gov subsidy Polyclinic made money only market price subsidy just like HDB no subsidy on cost.

PAP doggie's retort: Sir, not happy migrate to Malaysia lah!

i think there are only 3 to 4 polyclinic in singapore that provide dental services - extract, filling & cleaning. you will need a referral letter to the National dental centre if you need to do denture or more complicated stuff.

Don't think it's cheaper than private clinic for adult, maybe cheaper for old folks.
Yes, take 9-12 months to make a dental appointment.

No need migrate lah. Just take a bus to JB, only $1.00 from Kranji MRT station ;)

If anyone wants to do Chelation, EECP, hyperbaric chamber,... let me know because there's a clinic in JB. The cab fare to the clinic is only RM$20 from City Square Mall in JB.

Malaysia also has it's private hospitals. I was told that many Indonesians from Batam are heading for the hospitals in Malacca & Penang. Not all Indonesians are wealthy.
I also heard that many Sporeans are driving to JB for dialysis treatment.
