Will we see the day when Singaporeans be they ordinary citizens, grassroots, political cadres, MPs or civil servants speak up for the good of Singapore rather than for the good of the PAP?

Will we see the day when civil servants work for Singapore rather than the PAP?

Will we see the day when tax revenue is used for the good of Singapore rather than for the good of the pap?

Will we see the day when the Peoples' Association work for the good of Singapore rather than for the good of the pap?

Will we see the day when PAP MPs speak out of conscience, speak the truth and speak for the good of Singapore rather than for the good of the pap?

Will we see the day when SG Media report the truth and report for the good of Singapore rather than report for the good of the PAP?

The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind

You are probably right but as an optimist, I hope it will happen earlier than the next GE

Most of the civil servants, particularly those who have been in civil service since their first job, are still trapped in the mindset that PAP=Singapore.
Because their rice bowl is tie to the government, their vote naturally would goes to PAP.

We need these group of civil servants to de-link their mindset. They need to understand that civil service is a major pillar in any country that supports the ruling government. Any political party that wins the majority forms the ruling government and the newly formed government can't function without the civil service.

So, does it mean that the new ruling government can sack all the policemen, firemen, nurses, teachers, etc and replace with their own??

Until they can awaken to the fact that Singapore≠PAP and civil servants' duty and obligation is to support the ruling government and not the political party, then do we see changes begin to take place.

Civil Servants must know they serve SG and Singaporeans, not the political party

The political party is the entity that decides their wages. Civil servants are smart enough to know who writes the cheques every month.

Not true. Whether an Officer is promoted or not is not decided by the govt. How much bonus a Civil Servant gets is not decided by the pap. So what you said is wrong
