How is NParks or LTA gonna ensure no wildlife land on the road 24/7 ? Every year, there will be cases where road vehicles bump into birds, cats, dogs, boars, monkeys etc. Are we gonna kill off all the wildlife for the mother fucking Indians? The only difference in this case is that it involves a two wheeler and biker is more injured than the animal. Nonetheless all vehicles would be mandatory by law to have insurance. If for whatever reason this Indian doesn't have vehicle insurance, it is not the fault of NParks or LTA too.
