A man was seen on video swinging what looked to be an empty glass liquor bottle at another man's head in Orchard.
A Stomper alerted Stomp to the video that has been circulating online on WhatsApp.
It is unclear when this happened but based on the signboards seen in the video, the incident happened at Claymore Road, next to Orchard Towers.
The cause of the dispute is also unknown.
In the video, the man is seen shouting at the other man and swinging the bottle at him while they are crossing the road.
At one point, the bottle makes contact with the back of the other man's neck.
He then swings the bottle at the man again but the bottle falls to the ground.
The other man bends down to pick it up before the video ends.
