Usually it's the ops and support staff that do not need to speak the company's language...I personally feel this complaint is irrelevant and not as straight forward as say an angmoh mnc where everyone speaks english...harder to show discrimination...japanese men are known to be very 鹹湿 so maybe more of a case of getting fired becos of spurned advances...imho
