Dear faithful Singaporeans:
I totally agree with Charles Lim"s message.Why cant all u guys face reality n the truth?
Stop blaming your good government.You guys should be grateful n contented with what your government have done for the country.
Why is Singapore in these situation today? Singaporeans r born with a silver spoon n even the poorest have a flat to stay.Do u know how a lot of foreigners grow up in their homeland?How many singaporeans suffer during their childhood days?
I dont stay in Singapore very long,but i grew to like these small country very much.Your government have really done a very good job to bring Singapore to what it is today.No governments is perfect,but at least you guys should show some gratitudes.Yes, i do admit Singapore is a little bit overcrowded but you guys should take into considerations why and how come it is like these today.
There r so many jobs that Singaporeans shun......F&amp;B,<!--<WBR />-->Constructions, to name a few.Is it because of the long hours or the low salary?
Let's say if any of you gentleman out there,will you consider being a waiter drawing a salary of$1000 plus working 12 hrs/6 days.Or being a construction worker working in the hot sun for 10 hrs/6 days for $1000 plus? I bet there wouldnt be any takers. (Ask yourself truthfully)
Have you put yourself in the shoes of the employer who's having a very hard time to look for locals to work.
Many of you only know how to complain n complain.......only blaming the government...blaming the agent like Charles Lim....but have you guys put your shoes in that of the government or Charles Lim(just doing his job)?
It is such a shame to know that so many of you guys are so educated
but so narrow minded .Could u imagine a Singapore without foreign workers to do all the dirty job?..........THINK HARD!

Shut the fark up, Think hard. If you are a true Singaporean, come back and serve. Don't just talk. Experience it and let us have your views. C for yourself whether your views will change. Spore is such a good place. MPs can make a million dollars. Still not happy. Why they complain & complain until they now make 2, 3, 4 million

Instead of asking if there are SGreans willing to work for 12hrs/6 days for $1000, why can't SGreans ask why are these jobs paying so little? Aren't they providing a useful service as well? You can only get foreigners to do these jobs because SGD1000 translate into a lot of money in their own currency. Try paying them $1000 in their own currency and see if they are still willing to take up the jobs.
