You need to ask are these sinkies part of a company say govt co that sent them over there? Were any of them tourists or visited nepal on their own accord?

If the govt evacuated them regardless of them working for a govt linked co and just because they hold sinkie passports/citizenship then it's cool if not then there's really nothing to talk about.
