Bruce Lee once said: “Be water my friend.”

Well, as long as no one gets hurt anymore from now on.

What loophole? If PMDs can ride on grass, then motorcycle also can ride on grass, even motor cars also can. Did the law state that cars and motorcycles must only be travelling on roads?
These brain retarded PMD riders need a total ban of PMDs in order to learn a lesson.

It's impossible in some places as there's no flat grass surface, but bushes or drains.

Agreed they are actually putting themselves at higher risk of injury especially if they hit an errant rock or pothole...not that they have not been warned though

Soon, the PMD riders will knock down someone, using the grass patches to let their animals poo!!. Then, they will amend the law xxx( section A, amendment), no riding of PMD on adjacent places, of any surfaces or the air above or the space below.

Just total ban on all these pesky things and be done with it.
If can ban chewing gum why not PMDs

PCN is created to allow people to enjoy walking from one end to the next of Singapore. PMD and other mobile equipments defeat the whole purposes. It was like a canal being trashed with rubbish instead of allowing water to flow smoothly. Same for all passenger path.
