SINGAPORE: Singapore Customs seized more than 2,300 trademark-infringing goods from a Kaki Bukit Avenue warehouse.

It said in a press release on Tuesday (Apr 21) that the goods had been brought in via several air shipments from China, and were discovered on Apr 8 during an inspection at the importer’s warehouse.

Enforcement officers found bags, mobile phone accessories, sunglasses, wallets and watches, all suspected to be counterfeit versions of popular brand items. The items seized include 50 sets of counterfeit Apple earphones, 600 sets of fake Samsung headphones, 180 units of counterfeit Samsung power banks, and 20 imitation bags.

Customs said it has informed brand owners about the goods and that several of them are in the process of taking legal action against the importer.

Assistant Director-General (Intelligence and Investigation) at Singapore Customs, Yeo Sew Meng, said the authorities take firm action against importers who bring in counterfeit goods. "We will uphold our commitment to ensure a robust intellectual property rights enforcement regime in Singapore."

If the fucking gahmen can accept fake degrees why can't they accept fake goods ?

Because they can stick more spurs into daft 3rd world Sinkies' hides by accepting fake degrees that don't cost them a cent. They can't do the same with fake goods and even have to suffer a potential 'loss' in income.
