Singapore parents strongly believe that Singapore is very unsafe. Otherwise why would they made many police reports against that innocent clown ?

The very next morning after the clown incident, our radio DJs in SPH owned stations, eg UFM1003 spent a bloody long time explaining to listeners that it might not be intentional; they claimed that probably it wasn't Speech Academy Asia's idea to play clown, etc.

I think parents today are too protective or paranoid, one of the reasons why sand and concrete playgrounds were replaced with rubber and plastic playgrounds.
