I don't think there is anything to do with China.

China does not need to send anybody anywhere. The Land is so enormous and so rich there is no need to send beggars to Singapore. Many come here to seek a fortune and many will return. The Land Of The Blue Ants is big enough for every Chinese and rich enough to accommodate everyone in China. Singapore is just an oddity for the time being. The Chinese will make China the strongest country in the world, like the glorious past. Majulah Middle Country!!!!!!!!
