Noted that is a FEO Project and is a 99year leasehold.

The market seems still pretty good??

check bank valuation 1st. there is a period whereby developers are asking for higher price where valuation cannot be matched

that i am not sure. several months ago i did encounter difficulty in matching valuation for far east project
