The founder of Singaporean had reach the Silver Age.
1) The grow of Silver Age Singaporean had made more demand on Funeral Service. We are shortage of manpower to perform funeral. We had import many Work Permit and S/E Pass to perform the duties.
2) We need long operation hour from cremation. We need to built more crematorium.
3) The rich Singapore needed more private Memorial Parlor.
4) Higher Educated and Living Standard make the need of Town Council to build better standard Public Memorial Parlor in the GRC's or District.
5) More Private Columbarium is needed.
6) More Public Columbarium is needed. 1) Needy, 2) Low Income 3) Standard 4) Executive
