What are all these ?

Three years cannot sell the second hand old palace .
Quota for aliens.

Think about it, the COV factor is still there, if radical change is not done!

Mapok Tan cannot say it is willing buyer willing seller market---this is a soft rice agent mantra, these people should be out there finding a decent job competing with Fts, and not talking like crooks!

People are suggesting to bring down the resale price not playing with silly measures.

Mapok Tan should instead lay down terms like these---

new PRs must stay in singapore for at least five years to 10 years before they can buy can buy HDB resale.

Race quota must be removed because the system wants people to know the color of their skin....this is scary spectre run counter to real race harmony.
Is PAP serious about racial harmony? Then be color blind !

COV must be controlled....in certain way---abolish it or reserve a max price.

Private home owners are allowed to buy HDB resale palaces to rent it out as investment or retirement income, this practice must also be controlled in a way fair to local buyers.

Did the Mapok talked about these issues ?

If HDB Mapok is serious about helping the local people, act from the heart not from the asshole.

silly measures dont mean a thing but just to impress somebody.

Those sellers who are selling their old palaces are those who live for 20 to 30 years, and those who are buying are of course finding a home to live for long.

Where got buyers (rich PRs especially )sell their just bought old palace within 3 years ??? Where got fake profit around within 3 years for HDB ?

...... and the chief problem still remains----expensive resale palaces !

Mapok tan still dont get it or pretend not to get it, they say hainanese people veri stingy bastards and cruel and mean , true or not ?

IF you look at the initiatives, it will actually help FTs who have been working in their homeland for years and have savings to cover COV etc.

As usual Sporns get screwed agaian and the 154th goes into full swing to help their masters.

On the flip side, that means for next 3 years, many HDB units that were purchased from now will be out of the market.

Will the demand then drive up prices higher due to even lesser units on the market ?

Think.

Yup less unit available on market. Demand more than supply will push price higher.
Maybe HDB should make mandatory for all private property owner to sell of their HDB. Let say given a period of time 1 year to do so. If not there will the property tax on the HDB will be 20 times higher than normal rate.

HDB must disclose how many local private homeowners are owning HDB flats as golden goose.

HDB must also disclose how many PRs are owning HDB flats but renting out as investments.

Public houses are for peasants as shelters and not a political tool used by the PAP monkeys.

It is true that using makeshift measures to curb something that are not so relevant is wasting effort and money and time.

Allowing PRs to buy public houses is a cruel game to sustain the higher HDB price.

Quickly naturalised the PRs to citizens so they can compete for new flats with the local citizens to maintain the expensive price is also inhumane.

PAP has made a fatal mistake for the HDB system, left right center also wrong. Big bubble is waiting to burst, just wait and see.......mistake sometimes cannot be undone, heads must roll....

should just build more flats to absorb the demand. sooner or later, there will be too many flats on the market and not all can be rented out. prices will start falling then.

It should be the other way round, pte pty owners do not get any subsidies, or grants from the Govt in fact they boost the values of HDB by buying them above COV.

It is all those first time HDB owners who go on to own pte pty that should sell their pte pty or be taxed 20 times the normal rate, they are the one who got the grants and subsidies and deprived a citizen of not just a home but also the grants and subsidies and yet they actually do not need them, as they are rich enough and can damn well afford to buy another pte pty and then use their heavily subsidised HDB to collect rent and finance their million $ condo WTF?

The Mappok you toking forget to tok something.

CPF pay HDB not money? After 30 years, got money to batam or balai ?

The mappok also forget 30 years to pay the HDB houses with interest is double the price of the house.

A few high COV is oredi enough to send the stupid message to all the stupid PAP voters that COV must be high.

A few private home owners buy HDB houses for investment oredi enough to send the rental up up up if economy is fake good.

The mappok also tok about grants and subsidies-------veri funny, how come the mappok never tok about the cost of building one flat based on contractor price.
On top, people must also see all the tenderers quoted for the BTO or OTB projects.
when people tok cock about subsidy, we must see the real costs.

You know why shooping centers no business, everyday got discount also no business.
Mappok knows.

becos HDB houses are only option so the price even they got discount, people still need to fuck and sleep.

I add some thing more interesting----HDB Mappok tan should build attap houses or zinc houses---really cheap for people....no land? Istana can tear down and give way----so big for a few people to live and work there, fair or not.

mappok idiot ! Sorry, i mean silly billy willy !

"When I was young, I lived in various places with my mother, who was a domestic servant. I lost my father when I was three years old, so we moved around a lot; a kampong in Lorong Ah Soo, which has now become HDB flats in Mdm Cynthia Phua's constituency, a shophouse in High Street where MTI and MOF are today, a room in Bugis Street, where Bugis Junction is today.

"There were 10 of us living in that room. We had one bed which slept five. It was raised so that another five could sleep underneath. Then, I moved to Kim Keat Avenue with my aunt and her family - eight of us in a three-room flat, sharing one toilet and bathroom, while my mother stayed in a one-room rental flat in Whampoa Road.

"Later, we upgraded to a four-room flat in Toa Payoh. My story is a typical Singapore story for my generation. Start in a modest flat, work hard, accumulate savings, and upgrade over time. If need be, there is also the option of downsizing to a smaller flat."

System have policies and rules but they need not be a fine line dividing, give some grey areas when this is needed.

This may need several applicable governmental agencies to co-ordinate and help. Perhaps a didicated agency can be created so as to co-ordinate and give this help promptly and effectively.

In other countries, the tulan people will tear the cock-eyed Mah Hong Kan to pieces.
