Recently it came across to my eyes that the SIDE EFFECTS of new water were NEVER mentioned in our PAPERS?

Any doctors or scientists in the house? Thanks in advance.

Heard even flushing with new water can cause some irritation to sensitive eyes, let alone drink it; boiled or not.
