It is always good to learn languages as we Humankind live in a diverse world, as languages are a means of communication with other fellow Humans.
However, anything that comes out from tiktok is best taken with a pinch of salt, whereby propaganda units operate 24/7 on such dubious sites, more so in this era of AI IMAGE EDITORS, whereby text can be synced and twisted upon persons mouth when the original words spoken and intent are different....
Notice in the video how bad the AI IMAGE EDITOR Synch program is ? The person's mouths continue to move when a supposed speech ended..?

Perfect Mandarin speaking? Such does not even exists in Zhoungguo (current communist dynasty of China).
Only specially selected proficient Mandarin speaking citizens from its 1,3 billion population gets a job as Newscasters in their propaganda official news media whom speaks Mandarin in accordance to the 4 tones to differentiate the Mandarin words ìn clear and concise HANyipinyin.
