Remove as Mod I agree. Ban I don't really think it's necessary.

But the first thing @Leongsam or any of the supermods should do for the sake of others in this forum is to lock up all those old threads that he has been perpetually refreshing every night without fail for ages. That should be sufficient to stop his bumping and spamming of old threads.
