Shopee seller trolls EDMWer

When I ordered something, the seller sent me a message asking me to request refund because out of stock.

I requested refund but they rejected it.

Then I received a notification they have shipped my order. When I opened the package, it was a letter that told me it is out of stock.

Wrote an angry message to the seller and only then they told me to request refund again.

I suspect this is done so that the seller meet their KPI with Shopee.
