Shoplifters beware: You'll get 'beaten to near death' if you steal from this handphone shop

STOMPer sky was surprised to see this threatening note at a Downtown East handphone shop, which reads, "Shoplifters will be beaten near to death before handing over to the police. Think twice before your act."

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this note at a handphone shop at Downtown East at about 4pm today (May 23).

"The note says: 'Shoplifters will be beaten near to death before handing over to the police. Think twice before your act.'

"So shoplifters will get beaten up by the shop owner before being handed over to the police?

"The shoplifter will be charged in court, but the person who beats up the shoplifter will be charged too for assault."
