Why all these winners are statutory boards and PA/RC/CCC people only?

What are they winning actually? What was so great about these people. I mean, look at the names, like tiny ants and they can easily make-up 60% of voters. Now I know why, by putting their silly names on paper their souls are bought. :oIo: In fact, who would bother to read, people would prefer to flip obituary page than looking at those small flies and out of which there could be maggots worth many scandalous news.

Some people get medals, get their names published in the press, some get to be generals, some of these generals get to be ministars or management positions in stat boards, some of them get to be grassroots advisors, assistant branch managers, election agents, flyer distributors, etc etc etc.
