She said new staffs told her tat I am very rude and unfriendly towards him.
And he also complainted tat I am not willing to impart my knowledge to him.
I jitao dulan and argued back tat guy learning is very slow and still wanna blame me for not teaching him.
My boss listen liao say wanna lim kopi with me and tat guy next Monday.
Btw tat new staff is FT from India de I not willing to teach cos my rice bowl more imp.

[FONT=Comic Sans MS,Sans-Serif]This company engaged my service all these while until the boss's son decided to get cheaper means. Yep, he told his workers to give the other company which is run by an Indian FT guy because he charges a lower rate.[/FONT]
[FONT=Comic Sans MS,Sans-Serif]The staff had no choice but to engage that Indian guy. He did not do a good job and the staff called me to finish the job. I didn't know in the first place and I went to their office. When I reached there, I noticed that the equipment were tampered with and I have to re-do the job all over again. Before I did that, I queried the staff why the equipment was in such a mess. Being guilty conscious, they asked if the parts were damaged ? Actually, it was not but I felt something amiss and I told them some parts were misaligned and need to change. After that, they told me the whole story.[/FONT]
[FONT=Comic Sans MS,Sans-Serif]Sorry, I am the evil devil here. I could not stomach the revelation, I went ahead to replace those parts without any qualm. Those parts that were taken down were sold as "used" part to my other customers.[/FONT]
