As usual, Shenzhen 偷偷 released the dam when Hong Kong is experiencing a typhoon.

Shenzhen only gave Hong Kong notice 15 mins prior to releasing of the dam. In other words, Hong Kong has no time to react nor prepare for the flooding at all. Fuck China.

Guess the flood mitigation system could not handle it too

This underground storage supposr to store excess water that fall over hong Kong. It does not take into account water dumped from neighbouring territories.
