Government is not pay salary SGD4,600 to Singaporean employee.
This is the maximum salary capped amount but they will contribute a certain percentage 0% to 75% depending on industry.
So if Employee draw SGD10,000 but government will only assist 0% to 75% of SGD4,600
Anyway I have advice my friend seek clarification with the Ministry.
