Shanmugam referred to a Twitter cartoon of a picture of male Muslims surrounding a semi-naked white women and the men stabbing at her baby.

I don't understand. Can someone enlighten me. Where is the deliberate online "truth-hood" or falsehood in the Twitter cartoon.
How much time and money spent on all these consultative discussions.
