Well said my foot. His statement is based on the assumption that CPIB has the best controls. What best controls is he talking about when it took a whistle blower to expose what has been happening right under the PAP's nose after more 5 years.

As I had always advice Leongsam, don't blindly rush into defending your PAP political masters. Read carefully what these PAP clowns and think over before trying to come to their rescue.
