They have already lost money..n even if it becums 1 to 3 or 1 to 2 etc ..Singkies who own m&d property have lost because they can't sell..which mudlander will buy?..I have stated many times. Buy mudland property is for lifestyle and cannot see it as an investment...n if it's 1 to 5 Singkies living in mudland will benefit more...and still got offset for loses
