【星島日報報道】新加坡女子聲稱於2014年遭美容修身公司「必瘦站」職員以不良銷售手法推銷，逼使女子到銀行提款及以信用卡簽帳共130萬元。女子上月底入稟區域法院，向「必瘦站」集團旗下3家子公司索償。其中一家子公司昨入稟高等法院反擊，指控女子惡意散布誹謗言論，要求法庭對她頒發禁制令，並勒令她賠償1000萬元。
原告為Perfect Medical Beauty Group Limited，被告為Tan Lay Hong。根據入稟狀，被告於2013年4月首次光顧「必瘦站」，並於2014年5月下旬再購買「必瘦站」另一療程。
直至去年9月18日，原告職員與被告商討和解，席間被告威嚇稱已向朋友發布一系列誹謗言論，包括指稱原告職員將被告禁錮4小時、以疲勞轟炸方式向被告推銷、以詐騙手段誘使被告同意購買「升級」療程、未經被告同意擅用其信用卡簽帳等。
被告於上月29日入稟區域法院，向「必瘦站」集團子公司索償，並重申上述誹謗言論。傳媒於今月1日報道事件，被告同日向部份傳媒重複上述言論。原告認為，被告有意使公眾相信原告作為邪惡和不道德，不值得公眾信賴，旨在打擊原告生意，令原告受壓和感到尷尬。

[Sing Tao Daily reported] Singaporean women claimed that in 2014, the staff of the beauty slim company "Bai Shou Station" sold under the bad sales method, forcing women to withdraw money from the bank and pay a total of 1.3 million yuan by credit card. The woman entered the District Court at the end of last month and filed a claim against three subsidiaries of the "Bai Shou Station" group. One of the subsidiaries went into the High Court yesterday to counterattack, accusing the woman of maliciously spreading rumors, asking the court to issue an injunction to her and ordering her to pay 10 million yuan.
The plaintiff was Perfect Medical Beauty Group Limited and the defendant was Tan Lay Hong. According to the entry form, the defendant first visited the "Bai Shou Station" in April 2013 and purchased another "Bai Shou Station" in the latter part of May 2014.
Until September 18 last year, the plaintiff's staff and the defendant negotiated a settlement. The defendant threatened to release a series of defamatory statements to his friends, including alleging that the plaintiff's staff would ban the defendant for four hours, sell to the defendant by fatigue bombing, and lure by fraud. The defendant agreed to purchase the "upgrade" treatment, use his credit card to sign the account without the consent of the defendant.
The defendant entered the District Court on the 29th of last month and filed a claim with the subsidiary of the "Bai Shou Station" group and reiterated the above-mentioned defamatory statements. The media reported the incident on the 1st of this month. The defendant repeated the above remarks to some media on the same day. The plaintiff believes that the defendant intends to convince the public that the plaintiff is evil and immoral and does not deserve the public's trust. It aims to crack down on the plaintiff's business and the plaintiff is under pressure and embarrassed.
