great world city uses a gantry system which you can simply enter by scanning your TT app or token. it is not smart enough to detect if the visitor has done a booster shot or not, and thus shouldn't deny entry if the TT scan is successful. Also for the restaurants inside, staff generally don't bother to check your vaccination status upon entering.
