Such funds for the CDC vouchers did not came alone from us this generations, but thru the efforts, sacrifices and savings by our founding and forefathers, ELECTED legislators, govt, civil service, etc, whom had given us our todays, even if limited in financial scope.
Thus there MUST be NO SHAME or be CRITICIZED for using our vouchers, as it was meant to SUPPORT and UPLIFT fellow citizens LIVES in these troubling times, as much as we can, even as social expenditures such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, security, etc, are needed more.
USE it, you have our full support, no matter who says what, to help you, because we believe in you and hope that such funds may in some no matter how small way, can better your life on a temporary measure - such as bus fares, meals, etc to find a job which WILL be permanent and far more in contribution to yourself, your loved ones and society, or have at least quality time spent with family - which is the building blocks of Civilization.....
2. On the other side, there is no right or wrong if one chooses NOT to use those vouchers.
a) If it is out of pride, then IT IS A social etiquette SHAME, as some whom PRESUMED that they are rich and have no need for such funds as it may give the impression that they are poor, beneath their assumed dignity, are worthless morons, as the TRUE rich gets rich by savings & wise investments, not by being spendthrifts....
b)However, there are others, rich or poor, whom will not use such vouchers, as they would rather let it expire, so that whatever balances that are left, would eventually be returned to our National Treasury, to further fund necessary social expenditures.
Thus, my salute to the noble lady, and may she have a fruitful discussion with her friend to change minds or be changed, for progress and evolution of our Nation, if not, at the least to give a chance for a budding relationship to grow.....
