After such a long wait, I end up hungry and ordering a larger bowl than intended.

Long time customers of the owner prefer his way of preparing the Tai Hwa BCM, and want the Real McCoy - not the student's version. This BCM customers are all retards. Granted taste is subjective but go and observe the useless slow poke uncle who dunno how to delegate. Also no biz sense. And the next door daughter stall got no customers is proof of that.
It is difficult to put a price on a dish or the waiting time to obtain it to a diner who must absolutely have his fix.Queue for one hour I don't mind....provided they pay me at least $50 to queue LOL. Only kumgong kumlan people will queue so long just to eat Wanton noodle, Siao.
