I don't see a problem with getting your photos and videos taken by strangers in public. Especially in touristy areas with plenty of tourists, you can try your best to dodge them but you will inevitably get your photos and videos taken. Just don't make a public fuss about this because this is a certain way to make yourself 'famous'.
