Stage 4 means they bombard him with chemo and radiotherapy until His body so weak, another form of cancer will. Emerge later.
If he got insurance, it will not cover for second cancer I think. It covers for only one lethal disease.

Don't do chemo. Cancer not straight away pass away. Can live another 10 or more years without chemo. Do chemo worse.
 
Immediately fast for 10 days straight.
Then cut out sugar and carbo. Only meat proteins. Then fast again for 5 days straight. Protein again. Fast 3 days. Protein again. Fast/min protein cycles.
Starve the tumour.
After 6 months go check up again.
