[Sg video] - Malay manager refuses to let (Indian?) Grab rider pick up her food orders unless she first speaks Malay to him, so she reports him to SPF

Some say Pakistani, some say Indian
Some said she spoke Urdu or Hindi
Some said bengali
The male staff/manager is abusing his position.
By insisting the Grab delivery girl speak Malay (or else cannot collect the food).
He is breaking a very serious law.
He is creating racial tension/conflict in Singapore.
The boss/owner of Briyani Brews in Anchorvale should FIRE him.
The founder of Briyani Brews is Ms Nagapriya Lakshmi, an indian.
If this is a new trend {of Malay superiority}, then ISD should look into it.
Maybe ISD should interview the male staff/manager.
Imprison if necessary.
