Sg should change PM every 6 years

I don't agree. If the PM is outstanding and does a fantastic job it would be almost criminal to force a change just for the sake of it.
The best example is LKY and LHL. Imagine how much worse off Singapore would be today if they were forced by the constitution to step down despite the fact that they are doing stellar jobs.
