There are about 20 cockroach embryos in a single egg case.
The Sg Redditor's photo shows 10 egg cases, meaning there are now 200 baby cockroaches crawling around his/her HDB flat now.
Never attack the eggs or the youths, or the mother will seek revenge.
I always standby a well-hung male cockroach to appease the mother.
