Islam is a religion of Peace. Islam does NOT tolerate the killings of innocents under ANY circumstances.
A fatwa can only only be issued by QUALIFIED Muftis after DEEP considerations of FACTS & REALITIES on hand & is a NON LEGAL BINDING opinion. Religion is a PERSONAL relationship between a Human & the Almighty, & need not by swayed by anyone's opinion except by the WORDS of the Almighty & NEVER to be taken out of context.
As Islam is a religion of Peace & does NOT tolerate the killings of innocents, how would anyone whom claimed to be religious legal officer or scholar, a FATWA be issued to kill innocent others? Are they gods on Earth whom decides upon the life & death of Humans?
Had not ALLAH made providences for Muslims to live in other peaceful lands ruled by established laws & with prosperity when their own leaders whom misused Islam for personal power & profit caused sufferings to all, and even changed the hearts of leaders in peaceful nations, whom were fearful of terrorists whom manipulated Islam & whom were killing innocents Worldwide, yet allow them in freely?.

This war is not about faith. Jews. Muslims and Christians used to live in peace in what is now Israel for centuries. This war is about injustice in which legitimate owned properties were seized without any compensation given. And even today, Israel refuse to recognise property titles in West Bank and Arab homes can be seized at any given moment for more Jewish settlement.

Innocent & concerned Humans had been working SINCE 1948, for a workable & realistic solution for both Palestinians & Israelis, regardless if they are minority zionist, many Jews, Christians or Arabs, but to NO avail as the religion card was used by other Arab nations for their own land expansions, & made worse in 1979 when Shia Ayatollahs in Persian Iran ruled, to gain more converts or to lessen the Sunni supremacy in its own gain for long lusted ancient Persian glory of world domination.
If you are a Malaysian, you would realized how life was like before 1979. Malaysia was a secular State & rising as one of the Tigers economy in Asia, with much tolerance, ease & prosperity.
After 1979, when Islam was misused by others to attempt to go back to the beginning in 7th century, it became a Shia controlled & manipulated nation, in the race to show who are the True Muslims, even if it needs to drive every Malaysian achievements to the ground, to go back to the stone ages of nomadic 7th century, absolutely disregarding the changes & evolution Humankind Worldwide had achieved....

Because arafat could not deliver the " Right to return". Palestinians with properties in current Israel want that back. so they voted hamas.
