I tried a few times at this store. Indeed the price is steep and INCONSISTENT. But the veg and meat are better quality than outside.

That looks like good quality beef there. A side of beef would usually cost around $5 per serving. If that guy's a loser, he should avoid eating in food court and picking the premium dishes.
