If you want to avoid noisy Melayu brats, try to stay on a higher floor of a HDB flat. The higher you go, the fewer and rarer they become.

Melayus like to stay on lower floors (not too much higher than a tree branch level), and have a strange affinity to staying near where the stairwell is located.

Why must the law be dragged into this?? He smeared luncheon meat along the corridor, the müds could've retaliated by smearing beef. An eye for an eye, problem solved.
