In any case, why it takes 5 days to reply. This is so simple to solve.
Track who delivered, passed the info to delivery company, and just offer free vouchers. All within 20 minutes.
 
This idiot is confirmed 100% PAP voter. He got arse fucked the first time, but its not enough. So he went back and got arse fucked again. And I'm sure he is absolutely loving it.
 
It is most unfortunate that we have to make a scene before businesses make things right for us. I was sent my new ATM card in the mail, but it could not be activated via SMS nor by online banking despite following the instructions provided. The call centre operators were unable to assist, and one even suggested that I am not the lawful owner of that card! It wasn't until I raised my voice and showed my displeasure that the bank acknowledged that there was something wrong originating from their end. I had to make a trip to the bank to have that ATM card activated in the end, but at least the bank didn't brush me off like they did earlier after I "banged the table".

Did the bank refund your taxi fare that got you there?

Most of the time or even all the time, it is the leesult of being LAZY.
In your case, had that person not lazy, you wouldn't have to go thru all that troubles.
In this mac case, is the same. This fella wouldn't have to write this shit if the packer wasn't lazy.
