cucklory :

During an official event, I posted a question for my CEO and HR director asking what is the official time that staff should have returned from Friday prayers to resume their work duties.

Many of the other staff are fed up having to cover for them the entire afternoon.

Both of them pretended they can't see the question and conveniently skipped it.

Wow.

Some companies do practice that Hindus get half day on eve of Deepavali and Muslims get half day on eve of Puasa (cant rmb abt Haji)
But everyone gets half day on eve of New Year, Christmas and CNY. How is half day off in 31 Dec or Christmas a Chinese priviledge?
