Fucking brainless Taxi driver changing lane.
taxis should not be on the roads driving around clogging up the roads.
instead correct procedure should be taxis parks should be built everywhere, empty cabs should station there waiting for calls
that is much more efficient, but no, pap wants the taxis to go driving round to waste precious fuel and jack up the COE prices
taxis parks would take up a lot of space which could be used sold to developers and the money swallowed up by cronies
