Seven reasons why he disliked Slumggol estate

1) I bet they never told you about air pollution from the JB industrial zone when they hyped up 'Punggol 21' to the peasants.

2) One day the PAP technocrats will make open air carparks extinct. And your kids will grow up not knowing or seeing one.

3) Cheap and unsafe Tiong brand lifts, typically found in newer flats. And installed during the various 'lift upgrading programme' projects.

4) Young couples, including FT ones tend to stay there.

5) Overcrowded urban island shithole. More people = more vehicles. Quelle surprise.

6) Enjoying the 'social enterprise' hawker centres owned by F&B cronies? Good hawkers prefer to set up shop downtown or in the central/east areas.

7) When planes from the Paya Lebar airbase travel north, guess which town they first fly over?

Any HDB estate after Kovan MRT northeastwards is not worth the money one is paying for, but guess people just don't realise the long term extent of Pasir Gudang pollution in slumggol.

This is call sustainability. All the industrial pollution from jb will harm the environment unless some one can help filter those dangerous heavy metals before releasing the rest to atmosphere.

When mudland fires their.MLRS first to kenna is Punggol.
