Yesterday, i went to this school to register for a seminar. The customer service lady who attended to me requested for a membership number.

Cust Service (CS): "Sir, you will need to produce your membership number before i can enrol you"

Me: "oh....but i do not recall having the number sent to me. Can you help me check on your system?"

CS: *typed for a while and looked up saying "sorry Sir, we are not able to find it"

Me: "What do u suggest i do?"

CS: "you have to come back after u find the number"

Me: "Well how can i find it? By email? By postage? Call a hotline?

CS: *stare at me like blur cock

Me: Then i decide to log in to my membership account and see whether i can get the number. Push my iPhone to the CS's face. "is this the one?"

CS: "yes...i can now register u"

WTF! Say no number cannot register, but dunno how i shud get the number!
Btw before it was my turn, another lady got turned away for same reason - NO NUMBER NO REGISTER.
