I am only afraid of a snap elections, not a later one.

The reason being very simple, the opposition parties as a whole, is not ready to capitalize on the present economic situation.

Whether having snap elections is a better bet to PAP for it to maintain its continuous monopoly of power is immaterial to me. The more appropriate considerations for opposition camp includes fundings, readiness (both ground and election machinery) and availability of electable candidates. Apparently to what I know, ALL opposition parties are very ill prepared. A snap elections will give PAP a clear advantage but it does not mean that PAP will not lose more seats, or even a GRC. It just means that it will lose less seats than it should under such environment and development.

I'm more focus and concern how the opp(s) can grow, not unite. Period. Political competition is not about "you come here (constituency) so i go there". If with no choice, should go for 3-corner fight. Past record has shown that some ppl don't keep their promises, so what the talking about unity or have a Sit-down conference?
