Serial Teck Whye Lane flasher arrested

A 23-year old man who is allegedly responsible for at least 3 cases of flashing in the vicinity of Teck Whye Lane has been arrested.

The first incident that happened on Sep 5 at about 12.30am. A woman reported to the police that a man had exposed himself and committed an obscene act along Teck Whye Lane.

The police subsequently received another two similar reports from the same area.

Their investigations helped them to identify the suspect and trace him, leading to his arrest him in the vicinity of Teck Whye Lane on Oct 6 at about 11.15pm.

If found guilty he can be jailed up to 3 months and/or fined.
