orchard and serangoon roads should be closed to motor traffic on sundays. if other big cities can do it for one or two major shopping thoroughfares, why not sg?
singapore really too small to close road just purely for human traffic

Cyclists are really angry people. I drove into Little India yesterday seems like BAU. They jay walk but they dont really walk into your path to be knocked down.
