Increase frequency of Sengkang LRT please: Pushing and overloading may happen with YOG here

STOMPer Alvin observed an increase in Sengkang LRT commuters but the frequency of the service remains the same. He fears worse crowds soon as Anchorvale CC is one of the YOG venues.

The STOMPer says:

"3 years after moving to Fernvale the population has increased but the LRT still runs only every 10 to 15 mins.

"There are many more families with baby strollers, more contruction going on and thus more workers.

"Anchorvale CC has attracted more people and there are also people kite-flying near there.

"Soon it will host the Youth Olympic Games hockey tournament.

"I'm very sure they can increase the frequency of the LRT, if not it will be pure pushing and overloading."
