PAP will reclassify it as Malay lot and sell it at a hefty premium as not many prime located malay lots available only worthless ones given to malays.

Malays not interested unless it is a unit on a lower floor, preferably near the rubbish chute and a stairwell.
 
Like that they can plant trees and create gardens on the ground floor especially.
